Ravinia Nursery School offers the following programs.  For detailed information click on the links to the left.

• Morning Program for 3 & 4 Year Olds (Five day a week program)
• Afternoon Program for 4 & 5 Year Olds (Five day a week program)
• Two-Cans Program for 2 ½ to 3 Year Olds (Two day a week program)

• Parent & Child Program for 2 Year Olds (One day a week program)

• Lunch Bunch (An additional 45 minute program for Morning and Afternoon children)

• Summer Camp (Open for children 3 to 6 years old)

A typical day includes weather appropriate outdoor play, "rug time" involving books, songs, and discussions, free play, art, crafts, and other planned activities.  Throughout the year the children learn about themselves and the world around them.  Additionally, the children enjoy a weekly music and movement program.

Parental involvement is an important part of our programs and there are many ways that a parent can participate.  Parents who have particular skills/hobbies (i.e. cooking, woodworking, playing musical instruments, story telling, and/or art skills) often arrange times to share their interests with the children.  Whether a parent assists with a holiday party or facilitates an activity, parent participation is always welcomed and appreciated.
