    2. I cannot begin to explain all the fun I’ve had over the past 6 summers working with you! All my moments at Ravinia Nursery school have been the highlight of every summer. You were always kind and whole hearted and loving to everyone around you. You are a kindred spirt and I’m glad I got to work with you for so many summers. We always have a great time and I couldn’t ask for anything better! I can’t wait for this summer and I hope we can stay in touch!! You will be missed a ton! And thank you for everything you have done!!

    3. Though Ben was only there a short time, Ravinia Nursery school made a great impact on our whole family. Mrs. Hechtman was always made us feel special, and made an effort to get to know us and to share her thoughts and experiences to help Ben (and us!) make the most of out of the school. Her love for her job always showed, and I hope she is as happy in retirement as she was at school. Thank you, Mrs. Hechtman!

    4. Midge,
Thank you for all that you meant to our family over our years at Ravinia Nursery School–those are very special years for all of us. We feel so fortunate that Emily, Shelly and Steven were given the gift of learning at RNS and you had a major part in that. You will always have a special place in our collective hearts!! Thanks for everything!! Wishing you all the best in your retirement!!

    5. Mrs Hechtman,
You are not only an exceptional teacher, but your impact on our lives will be forever remembered. Thank you for taking care of both my babies throughout the years and for instilling within them compassion for others and a love for school. We look forward to celebrating you and your amazing career this weekend!

    6. Mrs. Hechtman,
We will never forget your kindness, patience and love you gave to Chloe while at Ravinia Nursery School, and we still light up today whenever we see you. You truly impacted so many young lives–and we thank you!

    7. Mrs Hechtman,

You are one of the main reasons that Dylan, Colby and Gavin have such great memories of Ravinia Nursey School! You taught them so much and will forever be a warm and wonderful part of theirs and our memories of their childhood!

    8. Midge,

I truly believe that Lucas and Peyton wouldn’t be where they are today if it weren’t for you!
We loved every minute of being in your classroom. Congratulations! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
      Molly, Lucas and Peyton Prout

    11. Dear Midge,
You have been an inspiration for your teaching, your running, and your love and compassion. You, Riley and Flopsy will always have a special connection. Thank you for the vital role you played in building the foundation of our children. They are growing into wonderful people and you are one of the builders that got them there!

We hope your next adventure is as wonderful, enjoyable and fulfilling at this one!

      The Bates Family
Kevin, Jeni, Hannah, Mason, Austin, & Riley

    12. Dear Midge,
It was because of you recommending me to Marilyn Straus, that I began my many years of teaching and then directing at RNS. Those were wonderful years and the beginning of what has continued to be a life-long friendship.

Without exaggeration, you are one of the best people I know. I wish you well in your “retirement” which will only give us more to talk about!

      Much love,

    13. Dear Mrs. Hechtman,

Thank you for making RNS such a special place! Wishing you all the best in your next adventure! See you on the trail!

    14. Dear Mrs. Hechtman,

    15. Dear Mrs. Hechtman,
